At Cooper Croydon BMW, we are working very hard so that both our existing customers and those who are coming to us for the very first time notice a difference. Our aim is to be as professional as you would expect from a BMW dealership, but more friendly and helpful than you might find elsewhere.

Customer would have liked a more detailed explanation of the product at the test drive stage. Customer had to revise the payment after details were missed. Other than this the customer was very happy with the process.
Resolution: The Cooper Croydon Sales Team always provide our customers with a thorough explaination of the products that we offer and on this occasion apologise to Mr Dhandapani that he felt that not enough was given. In future we shall ensure that the customer is happy before the test drive finishes.

Resolution: The Cooper Croydon Team never wants our customers to feel pressurised into buying something they do not want, and we always try our best to make our customers feel relaxed and welcome in our dealership.

Would like to thank the salesperson, who was really great! Thought that he was outstanding. However, stated that there were issues relating to the finance of the car, salesman noted that there were some mistakes on the agreement which the salesman went out of his way to rectify the mistakes.
